  • What experience do you have in the field of architecture?
    Our staff on average has more than 15 years of experience in different areas of construction, from civil works to residential houses and commercial buildings. Rest assured that your project will be executed by qualified and professional personnel. We have some of our past work in the projects section.
  • Are they licensed and insured?
    Our company is legally registered with all government agencies and our staff has the certificates and licenses to be able to practice in the field. In addition, all our staff is insured.
  • Is there any guarantee after construction is completed?
    Of course. All our work has a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship at no charge to the customer. In fact, this is why we distinguish ourselves from other companies in the area and generally our new clients are through recommendations from others who have already worked with us.
  • Do you offer financing options?
    The company does not offer financing options directly with the client. However, we do work with the bank and institutional credits that clients have.
  • How do you handle permitting and compliance with local building codes?
    In each project we make sure to comply with applicable local laws and regulations. This includes completing the procedures to obtain construction permits, official numbers, among others. We will take care of that part.
  • Can you work with my own plans or do I need to use yours?
    Yes. When a client already has an architectural project we have the option to execute it, however, to guarantee our work and that the project meets government and quality standards, it is subjected to a thorough review. If after the analysis we see that it meets all the requirements, we can execute it and guarantee it. If it does not comply in some aspects, we can make the pertinent modifications trying to preserve the entire design in general and proceed to the next step.
  • Can I make changes to the design when construction is in progress?
    We will always do our best to adapt to any changes to the site. You will be in close communication with your project manager so they can notify you when we need confirmed decisions. We offer our clients limited design modifications prior to presentation at town hall. We also recommend visiting our offices so you can see what the designs look like in reality.
  • Who will manage my Project?
    All of our projects are managed by a dedicated project manager who will be your point of contact during the construction phase. They will provide you with regular updates and work with you to finalize any pending decisions (e.g. electrical designs). Their job is to ensure the smooth running of the project, so you can sit back and relax.
  • Do you offer consulting services for renovation or expansion projects?
    Yes. You can contact us through one of our channels to schedule an appointment at our offices so we can analyze your case together.
  • What is the marketing strategy to promote properties for sale or rent?
    Our marketing strategy covers all the social media advertising channels we use and we take care of taking photos of the entire property, which includes drone and 360-degree photos. In most cases we prepare a virtual tour of the entire property to have a greater reach of clients geographically without the need for people to personally visit the property.
  • What measures are taken to ensure the security and privacy of customer information?
    Yes. To add audiovisual content, follow these steps: 1. Manage the FAQ from the dashboard or Editor. 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one. 3. Click the video, image, or GIF icon in the response text box. 4. Add audiovisual content from your library and save changes.
