During our first contact we will listen to and analyze your needs and objectives for your project, as well as the scope. If you already have land or property, it is very useful for us if you share its current status with us. Finally, the delivery times and costs of our service for carrying out the executive project are presented, which in its first stage already includes the preliminary project.
2. Preparation of the preliminary project (initial proposal).
In this exploratory stage we begin by designing a general floor plan according to the needs and required functions. Here we will have interaction with you to define some general details of the design. In addition, a general evaluation of feasibility and costs is carried out based on your budget. For a standard project it usually takes up to 14 days maximum to complete.
3. Preparation of the executive project
Once the general architectural design is approved, we continue with the preparation of the façade in 3D, and we continue with the defined architectural plans, electrical and hydrosanitary plans and with the structural calculation memory. In short, everything is in place to start the construction of the property once it is completed. For a standard project it takes approximately 30 days.
4. Budget preparation.
When you are ready to build, a detailed estimate of the construction cost is prepared. Depending on the scope of the work, it can take an average of 4 days.
5. Construction.
In this stage, the management of permits from government agencies begins and the work is carried out according to the deadlines established in the project's work program.
6. Final details
The project manager will be in frequent contact at the end of the work to define the last details depending on the scope of the project.
